Great fabrication starts with clean, accurate parts. We cut and form steel in-house on a CNC plasma table and a heavy press brake — which means tighter tolerances, faster turnaround and the freedom to make custom parts on demand instead of waiting on an outside processor.
The plasma table
Our 5′×10′ CNC plasma table cuts profiles from raw plate with speed and repeatability. It handles up to 3″ mild steel, so we can cut everything from thin gussets and signage to heavy structural components on the same machine.

The press brake
Once parts are cut, our 175-ton press brake forms and bends them accurately. At 12′ wide it handles long pieces in a single hit, which keeps bends straight and assemblies square.

What we can do with it
Together, the plasma table and press brake let us take a job from flat plate to a finished, formed part without leaving the shop — brackets, enclosures, panels, structural pieces and custom one-offs.
The advantage of in-house processing
When cutting and forming happen under the same roof as the welding, the whole job moves faster and comes out more consistent. There’s no shipping parts across the province, no waiting in another shop’s queue, and no mismatch between what was cut and what needs to be welded. It also makes short-run and custom work practical, because we’re not paying setup fees to an outside vendor for every small batch.
