The terms that govern your use of this website and our services.
Last updated · July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Infinity Metalworks Ltd. website and your engagement of our welding and fabrication services. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
This website is provided for general information about our services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any purpose other than learning about and contacting our business.
Any quote, estimate or pricing information we provide is for planning purposes and is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Infinity Metalworks. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope, materials or conditions of a job differ from what was described. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days where no period is given.
We perform welding and fabrication work to the applicable standards for each job, including CWB certification to CSA W47.1 and Transport Canada certification where they apply. Certified work is completed under the relevant approved procedures. Where a job does not require certification, it is completed to sound trade practice. Any specific standards, tolerances or specifications must be agreed in writing before work begins.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your project, including intended loads, materials, dimensions and any regulatory requirements. Where you supply materials, parts or drawings, you are responsible for their suitability and accuracy. We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
Payment terms are set out on your invoice or work order. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due on completion. Deposits may be required for larger jobs or custom work before fabrication begins. Materials and finished work remain our property until paid for in full.
We stand behind our workmanship. If work we performed fails due to a defect in our welding or fabrication under normal use, contact us and we will address it. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, overloading, modification by others, corrosion, or issues arising from client-supplied materials or specifications. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work performed, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Custom design products — fire pits, signs, décor and similar items — are designed and built in our shop but sold through our sister store, Highmark. Purchases of those products are subject to Highmark’s own terms and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Saskatchewan.
